1. Agreement
By accessing lumix-labs.com (the "Site") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Informational only — no offer
The Site describes our services and past work for general information. Nothing on the Site is an offer, a quotation, or professional advice, and nothing on the Site creates an engagement. Services are provided only under a separately signed services agreement, whose terms prevail over anything on the Site.
3. Intellectual property
The Site and its content (text, design, graphics, logos) are owned by Lumix Labs or its licensors. Client names, product names, and marks shown on the Site belong to their respective owners and appear with permission. You may view and share links to the Site; you may not reproduce its content for commercial purposes without written consent.
4. Third-party links and services
The Site links to third-party sites and services (including client products and our form provider). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
5. No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty that the Site is error-free, uninterrupted, or that its content is current or complete. Descriptions of past work reflect the engagements as delivered; outcomes vary by project.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumix Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Site. Our aggregate liability in connection with the Site is limited to SGD 100. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Privacy
Use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from use of the Site.
9. Changes
We may revise these terms at any time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
